FUNDING
All awards are subject to funding availability, and all expenditures are
handled through the SBSRI in accordance with University policies and
procedures. See guidelines for specifics for each program.
ELIGIBILITY
Faculty: All SBS Faculty and Academic Professionals who hold at least
.50 FTE, and who are tenured, tenure-track, continuing, or continuing
eligible. Non-tenure track faculty who have been employed by SBS for 2 years may
be eligible for Mini-grants. See guidelines for Professorships, Summer Stipends,
and Proposal Development Awards for additional restrictions.
Graduate Students: Must be in one of the departments/programs in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. S.L.A.T. students should contact SBSRI Office BEFORE submitting a proposal.
Undergraduate Students: Must be sponsored by an eligible SBS faculty member. See application guidelines for specifics.
APPLICATION
Guidelines and application forms may be downloaded or are available in the SBSRI Office, Social
Sciences 115C. Please be sure that you have obtained and read the current
guidelines before submitting a proposal. Proposals are due by 12 NOON on
deadline date. Incomplete proposal packets or proposals submitted after the
deadline will not be reviewed.
